DESCRIPTIONS
Heavy-duty .020” plastic safety tags with a matte, writable surface. Hang them on equipment, valves and switches to warn workers of hazards and lockout conditions. Every tag comes with a 8” nylon tie and a large grommeted hole.
DANGER tags come with your choice of two back-side messages. CAUTION and WARNING tags have the same message on both sides.
